Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Just remember to initiate your cancellation request at least 10 days prior to the next invoice date. Please initiate your request through our support email. You’re not locked in any contracts with us!
What other fees am I expected to pay?
The only other charges you have to worry other than our monthly subscription are the texts & calls, which are very competitive and are paid as you go. Learn about our pay-as-you-go pricing here.
What type of support is do you provide?
We offer extensive online ticketing support from our team or you can email us anytime. You can also use our online help resources, and a library of LeadDragon produced how-to videos.
Why do I need onboarding services?
To ensure that all of our LeadDragon users are setup for success & growth, we’ve made an onboarding and coaching call a pre-requisite. The onboarding is a one-time payment of $150 and you will be provided with a personal hour long session to fuel your marketing and sales growth strategy.
