Can I cancel at any time?

You're able to cancel at anytime you wish. We operate month to month with no contracts or commitments. You'll easily be able to cancel if it's not the right system for you. Although we're sure once you see your dashboard, you won't ever want to go back!

Any other fees I need to pay?

The only other charges you have to worry other than our monthly subscription are the texts, emails & calls, which are billed directly through Twilio & Mailgun to access wholesale text and email pricing (Saving you $$$). We setup your subaccounts and handle the rebilling for you avoiding the regulatory and compliance headaches.

What's onboarding like?

To ensure that all of our LeadDragon users are setup for success & growth, we’ve made an onboarding and coaching call a pre-requisite. The onboarding is a one-time payment of $297 and you will be provided with two personal hour long sessions to fuel your marketing and sales growth strategy. This fee is waived if you pay up front for the annual plan.

What can of support do you provide?

Apart from our onboarding experience, we also have an extensive help library full of tutorials on how to make our system work for you. We also have a support ticketing system within business hours. Lastly, we have live chat support 7 days a week between 11AM ET - 12AM ET. The Growth plans also come with a dedicated account manager.
